Value of three-trace exercise 24-0hour electrocardiographic recording in predicating lession severity of coronary Arteries

为评价运动动态心电图对冠状动脉病变的预测价值 ,对照观察171例患者的冠状动脉造影和运动动态心电图检查。结果显示 :运动动态心电图ST压低幅度、持续时间、出现阵次均与冠状动脉狭窄程度、冠状动脉病变范围相关 ;运动动态心电图MaVF、MV5 均有阳性改变者 ,诊断冠状动脉病变较肯定。

For purpose of determining value of exercise 24 _ hour electrocardiographic recording in predicting lesion severity in coronary arteries,angiography and exercise 24 _ hour electrocardiographic recording were performed for 171 patients .Results showed that range,duration and times of depression of ST segments in 24 _ hour electrocardiographic recording were relevant to degree narrowness of coronary arteries and range of coronary lessions;patients with positive MV5 and MaVF of electrocardiographic recordings were sure to have developed coronary heart disease.Results suggests that three _ trace exercise 24 _ hour electrocardiographic recording is of important value in predicting severity of coronary lesions.
