摘要
本文对我国医学影像学技术迅速发展与医学影像技术人才相对落后的状况进行了调研，并对照中、美、日等国家人才培养模式的异同，探索新形势下我国高层次医学影像技术人才培养机制的新对策。
The paper carry out a survey of China＇ s fast development of medical imaging technology and medical imaging technology is relatively backward situation. According to the United States ,Japan and other countries raining model, we explore a new countermeasures of China＇ s high level of medical imaging technology talent training mechanism under the new situation.
