摘要
我国是世界第二肿瘤高发国,掌握扎实的肿瘤细胞学知识对于医学院校本科生显得尤为重要和紧迫。然而,医学细胞生物学作为医学生的基础必修课程,其常用教材中与肿瘤细胞学相关的知识内容仅占5%,教学时数不足1小时。本文分析了导致忽视肿瘤细胞学教学的三个重要因素,并提出了加强肿瘤细胞学知识整体性教学的设想及运行方案。本文提出应当重视医学细胞生物学教学中有关肿瘤细胞学的环节,培养学生利用细胞生物学理念去认知肿瘤细胞的能力,以促进其基础理论与后期临床课程的联系。
With the current tumor incidence in China jumping to the second in the world, it is becoming more important and urgent for the medical undergraduates to master the basic knowledge of tumor cell. But as being one compulsory course for the medical students, Medical Cell Biology left little room to the tumor cell education, such as the tumor-relating contents accounting only 5 percent in its current textbooks and takes less one hour within the overall course,respectively. Here we analyse 3 factors mainly attributing to the above imbalance in the education of tumor cell, and recommend a feasibility strategy. This article attempts to spotlight that the tumor cell education is substantial underemphasized in current course of Medical Cell Biology, and to impetus the attitudes of both the educators and undergraduates towards the integration of bench with bedside appropriately.
