摘要
病例讨论课程基于对临床病例的讨论和综合分析,将各学科知识有机融合在具体的病例中,从而帮助学生建立系统化的知识体系,培养临床思维能力,符合“以器官系统为中心”的医学教学模式的需要。本文提出应当根据不同的教学阶段,结合课程需要,安排多种形式的病例讨论课程。其实施获得了良好的教学效果,起到了培训教师队伍的作用。
Based on the discussion and analysis of clinical cases, cases discussion class integrate knowledge of different branch on a specific patient. So it can help students build up knowledge system and clinical thinking ability, which meet the need of a novel "organ system as the center" medicine teaching mode. The paper suggests arranging several types of cases discussion according to the teaching stage and class schedule in clinical teaching. The application of case discussion improves the teaching effect and help train the teachers to meet the new teaching model.
