摘要
作为核电站的重要设备,10kV中压电动机对核电厂的安全运行具有重要作用。在AP1000核电站的标准设计中,10kV中压电动机的温度监视和保护策略的设计与我国已有核电站及常规火电站的设计有较大差别,需要对其进一步论证。从技术先进性、可靠性、经济性等几方面,基于控制系统的过程控制器(distributed processing unit,DPU)、I/O模件、Modbus通讯网络、开关柜SEL-710和SEL-2600等关键部件,对10kV电动机温度控制和保护方案进行了讨论,得出如下结论:在实时性和可靠性方面,中压电动机温度测量和保护的常规方案和AP1000标准设计方案都满足相关要求;在技术经济方面,AP1000标准设计方案要明显优于常规方案;在具体工程中,设计方和用户可根据设计理念和运行检修习惯选择方案。
As the critical equipment of nuclear power plant, 10 kV medium-voltage motor plays a significant role in the safe operation of nuclear power plant. In the standard design of AP1000 nuclear power plant, the design of temperature monitoring and protection strategy for 10 kV medium-voltage motor is rather different in existed nuclear power plants from that in conventional thermal power plants in China, which demands further discussion. From the aspects of advancement, reliability and economic efficiency of the components, the temperature control and protection scheme of 10 kV motor were discussed for some critical components such as distributed processing unit ( DPU), I/O module, Modbus communication, SEL-710 and SEL -2600. The results have shown that, the conventional scheme AP1000 standard design scheme for temperature measurement and protection for medium-voltage motor both meet the relevant requirements in the aspects of real time and reliability. Specifically, in the aspects of technology and economy, the scheme of AP1000 standard design is much better than the conventional scheme. The designer and customer can choose the temperature control and protection Scheme for medium-voltage motor according to the design concept and the mode of operation and maintenance.
