摘要
教育均衡发展是中国社会发展的客观要求与必然选择,也是当前中国教育改革与发展的一个基本理念和战略选择,更是教育理论界与实践界共同关注的重大问题。教育均衡发展在实践中还存在着一些认识上的误区,而要办好人民满意的教育就必须正确理解教育均衡发展的内涵,理性审视教育不均衡发展的现状,共识教育均衡发展问题,建立教育均衡发展规划,制定教育均衡发展战略,选择教育均衡发展路径。
Educational balanced development is not only the objective requirements of the development of Chi-nese society and the inevitable choice, one of the basic theoretical concepts about current China's education reform and development and strategical choice, but also the major issues of common concern in the field of education theo-ry and practice meaning. There are still misunderstanding of educational balanced development in practice. There-fore it is essential to understand the connotation of the educational balanced development correctly, survey the cur-rent situation of the unbalanced development of education rationally, reach agreement on problems of educational balanced development, make educational balanced development plans, formulate educational balanced develop-ment strategies, and choose educational balanced development path to make people satisfied.
