消化道肿瘤患者营养支持治疗 被引量：7

Nutritional support therapy in patients with gastrointestinal cancer

摘要 消化道肿瘤患者大部分伴有不同程度的营养不良,若营养不良严重则可使并发症增多,手术治疗风险增加等,采取有效的营养支持治疗可使患者的营养状况得到改善,降低手术并发症发生率以及病死率等,从而达到更好的治疗效果。 Almost all gastrointestinal cancer patients are characterized by malnutrition, mildly or severely, which may bring lots of disadvantages to the patients. However, taking efficient nutritional support could improve the nutritional status, the incidence of morbidity and mortality can be decreased, and the goal of more efficient treatment will be achieved in the end.
