哌拉西林-舒巴坦与哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗细菌性感染疗效的meta分析

Meta-analysis of piperacillin-sulbactam and piperacillintazobactam for bacterial infection

目的运用meta分析的方法综合评价哌拉西林-舒巴坦与哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗细菌性感染的有效性和安全性。方法制定原始文献的纳入和排除标准及检索策略,检索文献数据库,收集有关哌拉西林-舒巴坦与哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗细菌感染的随机对照试验研究报告,剔除不符合要求的文献后,纳入文献12篇,提取文献数据进行定量综合分析。结果综合分析显示,哌拉西林-舒巴坦与哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗细菌感染痊愈率计算OR值(95%CI)为0.98(0.78～1.23),有效率OR值(95%CI)为0.80(0.57～1.14),不良反应发生率OR值(95%CI)为0.84(0.54～1.33);哈药集团与上海先锋药业(HPGC&Asiapioneer)亚组哌拉西林-舒巴坦与哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗细菌感染痊愈率、有效率和不良反应发生率计算OR值(95%CI)分别为1.07(0.68～1.69),0.82(0.37～1.81),0.64(0.29～1.41)。结论哌拉西林-舒巴坦治疗细菌性感染的有效性和安全性并不逊于哌拉西林-他唑巴坦。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of piperacillin-sulbactam and piperacillin-tazobactam by meta-analysis.Methods Electronic search strategy was carried out among the databases to collect qualified research papers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Twelve randomized controlled trials on piperacillin-sulbactam and piperacillintazobactam in the treatment of bacterial infection were collected.Results In systematical analysis,the pooled odds ratio（95% CI） of the cure rates,efficacy rates and adverse reaction rates of piperacillin-sulbactam and piperacillin-tazobactam for bacterial infection were 0.98（0.78,1.23）,0.80（0.57-1.14） and 0.84（0.54-1.33） respectively.In the HPGCAsiapioneer group,the pooled odds ratio（95% CI） of the cure rates,efficacy rates and adverse reaction rates were 1.07（0.68-1.69）,0.82（0.37-1.81）,and 0.64（0.29-1.41）.Conclusion Piperacillin-tazobactam is as good as piperacillin-sulbactam as to safety and effectiveness.
