高效液相色谱法测定复方石淋通胶囊中夏佛塔苷的含量

Determination of schaftoside in Fufang Shilintong capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方石淋通中夏佛塔苷的含量。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸水溶液(25:75),流速1.0 mL min-1,检测波长为272nm,柱温30℃。结果夏佛塔苷进样量在0.165 12～4.128μg(r=1,n=7)与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.6%,RSD=1.8%。结论本法灵敏度高,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于复方石淋通胶囊中夏佛塔苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of schaftoside in Fufang Shilintong capsules.Methods The Agilent C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid（25 ：75） at 1.0 mL min-1.The detection wavelength was 272 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within 0.1651 2-4.128 μg（r = 1,n = 7）.The average recovery was 100.6%,RSD was 1.8%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for content determination of schaftoside in Fufang Shilintong capsules.
