摘要
采用培养皿发芽法,研究了NaCl胁迫对大白菜种子发芽的影响及外源Ca2+处理对NaCl胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明:低浓度的NaCl(0.3%)处理在一定程度上可提高大白菜种子的发芽率,高浓度NaC1对大白菜种子发芽有明显的抑制作用。发芽势、株高、主根长比发芽率对NaCl胁迫的反应更敏感。2.1%NaC1胁迫下,适量的外源Ca2+(5-100 m mol/L CaC1)2对NaCl盐胁迫有一定的缓解效应,以20 m mol/L浓度最利于发芽,浓度过高(>100 m mol/L CaC1)2对发芽则有抑制作用。
The seeds of Chinese cabbage were cultured in Petri dishes to study the effects of NaC1 stress on the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds and the mitigating action of exogenous Ca2+ to NaC1 stress.The results showed that the seed germination percentage of Chinese cabbage increased in some degree by stressing with lower concentration of NaC1(0.3%),but was inhibited obviously with higher concentration of NaC1.The germination energy,plant height and taproot length were more responsive to NaCl stress than the germination rate was.Under 2.1% NaC1 stress,the appropriate amount of exogenous Ca2+(5~100mmol/L CaC1)2 could alleviate the action of NaC1 stress in some degree,and 20 mmol/L was the most conducive to the germination,but higher concentration(100mmol/L CaC1)2 would inhibit the germination.
