货车通用车轮轮毂孔数控立式镗床机械手的故障分析与改造

摘要 针对车轮轮毂孔数控立式镗床机械手连接轴平键工作表面被压溃的问题,提出对机械手机械传动系统的改造方案。基于平键的强度计算和扭矩、应力计算,提出将二级减速系统由行星齿轮减速机变为蜗轮蜗杆减速机方案。实施改造方案后,机械手故障停机率降低,提高了使用效率。 Aiming at the problem that the parallel key working surface of extraman coupling shaft is crushed on computer numerical control vertical boring machine for vehicle wheel hub bore,the authors give a scheme to upgrade, the mechanical drive system of the extraman. On the basis of calculating the strength,torque and stress of parallel key,the authors propose a scheme of modifying two stage reducer system from planetary gear reducer to worm gear reducer. After implementation,the downtime rate of the extraman is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
