摘要
为确认通过磁粉探伤对车轴检查时发现的轴身表面缺陷,采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱仪等,对缺陷进行综合分析及鉴别。结果表明,缺陷是由大的非金属夹杂物引起的发纹。
In order to affirm the surface defects on the axles founded through magnetic particle inspection,these defects are comprehensively analyzed and identified by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy-dispersive spectrum analysis. The results show that the defects are hairlines caused by large non-metallic inclusions.
