不同浓度锰处理对葡萄试管苗生长发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验为了获得科学施肥和合理配制培养基的参考依据,对葡萄试管苗进行了不同浓度锰处理,结果表明:继代培养40 d后,B5培养基中加入1000 mg/g Mn2+处理的红地球、京秀、超级无核的株高、生根数、叶绿素含量、NR活性增幅最大,丙二醛含量和SOD活性降幅最大,均达到显著水平。 In this experiment, grape plantlets in vitro were treated with different concentrations of Mn2+ for getting reference of scientific fertilization and reasonable preparation of medium. The results showed that compared to control, the increase amplitudes of plant height, rooting number, chlorophyll content, and NR activity were the highest, and the decrease amplitudes of MDA content and SOD activity of Red Globe, Jingxiu, Super Seedless were the highest in B5 medium added with 1000 mg/g Mn2+ after 40 days of subculture.
