储油罐及管道外腐蚀机理分析及对策

Mechanism Analysis on External Corrosion of Storage Tank and Pipeline and Countermeasures

以丽水莲都油库为考察对象,分析了成品油储罐及输油管线的外腐蚀原因、机理,提出了防腐对策。认为外腐蚀主要是在自然环境中,受积水浸泡、热胀冷缩应力、风力侵蚀、冰冻和输转油过程中机械震动引起的表面有机涂层翘起剥离所致。为此,提高外防腐层施工质量、优化罐顶、罐底和管道钢底座的结构,采用热喷涂技术是防止外腐蚀的主要措施。

Taking the Liandu oil depot in Lishui City as investigating target,the reasons causing external corrosion of oil product tank and pipeline are analyzed.It is found that the external corrosion is caused by the tilt peel of organic coating on the surface. Based on the analysis of reasons causing the tilt peel of coating,the countermeasures including control of construction quality of outside anti-corrosion coating,optimization of structure,application of thermal spray technology to prevent the external corrosion of tank and pipeline are proposed.
