摘要
结合中国石化油品销售企业打假维权现状,对存在问题进行了法律思考,提出了以司法和行政为主的多方配合的打假维权建议。
According to the status quo of anti-counterfeiting and rights protection by SINOPEC oil sales enterprise,the existing problems are considered from the legal aspects,and the advice for anti-counterfeiting and rights protection undermulti-party cooperation of the judicial and administrative departments are proposed.
