摘要
目的 探讨灯盏花素在急性左心衰患者中对改善其心功能及血流动力学的影响.方法 纳入急性左心衰患者80例,将其随机分为常规治疗组和常规治疗＋灯盏花素组,检测其治疗前后HR、SBP、DBP、NT-proBNP、LVEF、CO等指标,并对其进行统计描述和分析.结果 常规治疗＋灯盏花素组较常规治疗组治疗急性左心衰的总有效率显著增高（P〈0.05）,LVEF及CO 也较常规治疗组显著增高（P〈0.05）.结论 灯盏花素联合常规治疗对急性左心衰患者心功能的改善具有积极的治疗意义.
Objective To investigate the effects of breviscapine in improving the heart function and hemodynamics in patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute left heart failure were included, and were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and conventional therapy ＋ breviscapine group. HR, SBP, DBP, NT- proBNP, LVEF, CO and other indicators were detected before and after treatment, then we described and analyzed the results statistically. Results The total effective rate of conventional therapy ＋ breviscapine group was significantly higher than that of conventional therapy group in treatment of acute left heart failure （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the LVEF and CO values were also significantly higher compared with conventional therapy group （P 〈 O. 05 ）, which suggested that breviscapine with a significant improvement in heart function. Conclusion The combination of breviscapine with conventional therapy has a positive therapeutic significance in the improvement of cardiac function of the patients with acute left heart failure.
