内蒙古部分地区人体粪便中乳杆菌、双歧杆菌的分离鉴定 被引量:4

Isolation and identification of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium in human feces in Parts of Inner Mongolia

摘要 以采自内蒙古呼和浩特市和锡林郭勒盟健康人群新鲜粪便为材料,从中分离乳杆菌和双歧杆菌。从12份粪便样品中共分离到乳杆菌和双歧杆菌16株。运用16S rDNA序列分析和系统发育树研究,将分离到的菌株鉴定为乳杆菌的9个种和双歧杆菌的1个种。呼和浩特市的7份粪便样品分离出8株乳杆菌(7个种)。锡林郭勒盟的5份粪便样品分离出7株乳杆菌和1株双歧杆菌(3个种)。结果表明,两地区不但粪便样品提供者的肠道菌群结构差异较大,而且呼和浩特市粪便样品提供者肠道菌群的结构差异大于锡林郭勒盟粪便样品提供者肠道菌群的结构差异。 16 strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium were isolated from 12 fresh feces of healthy subjects, which collected from Hohhot and Xilingol league. Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis and phylogenetic analysis, all these isolates were identified as 9 species of Lactobacillus, 1 species of Bifidobacterium. A total of 8 strains of Lactobacillus were isolated from 7 feces which collected from Hohhot.7 strains of Lactobadllus and 1 strain of Bifidobacterium were isolated from 5 feces in Xilingol league .The results indicated that there were significant differences in intestinal microflora between fecal providers in these areas, and the intestinal microflora that providers from Hohhot is bigger than Xilingol league' s.
