精神分裂症分子生物标记物的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,生物标记物在医学领域受到越来越多的关注,它是与一定疾病的状态有关的可以被客观测量的标记物,包括有临床诊断标记物、治疗反应和治疗结局预测标记物等分类,可利于早期诊断和早期有效干预,继而改善临床结局。在精神病学领域,已有不少研究从分子水平、脑影像学、脑电生理学、认知功能等方面对多种精神疾病进行了生物标记物研究,本文对精神分裂症病理机制及其药物治疗中的分子生物标记物的研究进行综述。
