急性冠脉综合征经皮冠状动脉成形术术后慢血流-无复流原因分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:调查急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)后发生慢血流-无复流的原因。方法:收集北京朝阳医院心脏中心诊治的ACS入院后行急诊PTCA患者资料,调查与慢血流-无复流相关的危险因素。结果:在402例ACS患者中,发生慢血流-无复流43例,发生率为10.70%。慢血流-无复流组的年龄、肌酐、既往糖尿病史、高脂血症、应激性高血糖和就诊时间等因素与血流正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、糖尿病、高脂血症、肾功能不全、应激性高血糖和STEMI是影响ACS患者PTCA术后慢血流-无复流的危险因素,而服用他汀类药物及就诊时间小于6 h为保护性因素。
