摘要
为了研究强筋优质小麦新品种周麦24号的配套栽培措施,采用四因子二次正交旋转组合设计,研究了播期、密度、追肥期、多效唑对周麦24号产量和品质特性的影响。结果表明,产量主要受播期和追肥期的共同影响,与播期、追肥期呈线性关系。蛋白质含量受播期、密度、追肥期和多效唑共同影响;面筋指数、揉混仪参数8min峰高主要受播期的显著影响。建立了产量模型:Y=554.85-49.07 X1-22.55 X3,预测产量最大值为10 129.5kg·hm-2。综合分析认为,周麦24号在10月10日左右播种、基本苗210万.hm-2、2月20日左右追肥、不喷施多效唑的条件下,产量和品质较好。
In order to obtain high yield and high quality cultivation measures for the new strong gluten wheat cultivar Zhoumai 24,the quadratic regression rotatable orthogonal design with four factors was used to study the effects of different cultivation measures,including seeding date(X1),seeding rate(X2) and topdressing period(X3),paclobutrazolon rate(X4) on yield and quality characters of Zhoumai 24.The results showed that the yield was mainly affected by sowing date and topdressing period with a linear relationship with sowing date and topdressing period.The wheat protein content was affected by all the factors of seeding date,seeding rate and topdressing period and paclobutrazolon rate,the gluten index,peak width and 8 min peak height were mainly affected by seeding date.The math model of yield on four factors was established by software DPS 6.55 as Y=554.85-49.07X1-22.55X3.The maximum value of grain yield forecasted by the regression equation reached 10129.5 kg/ha.The yield and quality of Zhoumai 24 were coordinated that Zhoumai 24 was sown on October 10,with seeding rate of about 2.1 million seedlings/ha,and addition of nitrogen rate of 187 kg/ha on around February 20.
