纳米羟基磷灰石-明胶复合材料的制备与表征 被引量:3

摘要 以Ca(NO3)2、(NH4)2HPO4及明胶为原料,在30℃不同pH条件下,采用原位复合法制备纳米羟基磷灰石-明胶复合材料。用XRD、FT-IR、扫描电镜和TG-DTG对复合材料的晶相组成、化学组成、微观形貌、晶粒尺寸等进行了分析。结果表明:复合材料是由弱结晶纳米级的羟基磷灰石和明胶组成,两相分布均匀。pH=8~9条件下制备的复合材料明胶含量相对更高,晶粒尺寸更小。 A nanocomposite of hydroxyapatite[HA]-gelatin[Gel] was prepared using the biomimetic process. The hydroxya- patite nano-particles were precipitated in aqueous solution of gelation at 30℃ and different pH. Crystallite phases, chem- ical composition, chemical bond, micro-morphology, erystallite size were characterized by XRD, b^F-IR, SEM, TG-DTG. The results showed that the composite consisted of nanosize hydroxyapatite with low crystallinity and gelatin. From DT/ DTG data, the increase in decomposition temperature indicates the formation of a primary chemical bond between hydrox- yapatite and gelatin. The better composites were obtained in precipitates prepared at pH 8-9.
