Constructing Path of China's Carbon Emission Trading Market: From the Perspective Capital Market Operation Mode

基于国际碳排放市场发展情况及我国经济可持续发展要求,亟需审时度势地对我国碳排放权交易市场进行战略谋划和顶层设计。本文从碳排放权的属性分析入手,探索我国碳交易市场建设路径选择,提出以资本市场现有交易平台为基础、上市公司率先示范,逐步建立适合中国特色的全国统一的、多层次碳排放权交易市场体系,并借助碳交易市场促进我国经济又好又快发展。

According to the requirements of Development situation of international carbon emission market and China＇s sustainable economic development, it is urgent to make slrategic planning and top- level design of China＇s carbon emission right trading market. This paper analyzes the nature of carbon emission right, ex- plores how China constructs carbon transaction market. It proposes to gradually coustmct a nationally- con- sistent, multi- layer carbon emission right trading market system with Chinese characteristics, based on ex- tant trading platform in capital market, pioneered by listed companies to promote a healthy and speedy devel- opment of China＇s economy.
