“顾客体验”理论及其在旅游应用研究中的发展与不足 被引量:5

摘要 现代消费已从单纯的产品消费转变到了服务消费,而今正经历着向体验消费的过渡与发展。近年来学术界对"顾客体验"已展开了多方面多角度的研究讨论。本文通过对国外相关文献的收集和整理,重点回顾了"顾客体验"的概念界定、理论发展背景以及研究路径,从而揭示了"顾客体验"理论研究实质,最后讨论了"顾客体验"理论在旅游应用研究中发展,并总结了该理论在旅游研究领域中的不足及未来的研究方向。
