Students' Deep Involvement in Library Management and Service Innovation:Tsinghua University Library's Experience

学生读者深度参与图书馆管理和服务创新,有利于促进图书馆管理育人、服务育人、直接参与学校人才培养的实践,图书馆因此成为学生成长、成才的基地。该文全面介绍学生深度参与清华大学图书馆管理和服务创新的案例,探讨相关经验和思路。

Tsinghua University Library （TUL） has a tradition of engaging users to co--curate collec- tions, spaces and services. This article describes main channels of students＇ involvement in library management and services in TUL, and presents two cases that students participated in service innovation projects in recent years. Active involvement encourages the students with a sense of public ownership and responsibility towards the library, which helps strengthening trust and loyalty of users to the library. It helps for not only student＇s learning and success, but also building strong community through collaboration.
