面向高校留学生群体的阅读服务探索——基于北京大学、复旦大学留学生阅读行为的调查分析

An Analysis on University Library Service to International Students Based on a Survey on Reading Behaviors of International Students at Peking University and Fudan University

随着高等教育国际化趋势的加强,我国高校留学生教育事业迎来了空前大发展。在通过问卷形式调查北京大学、复旦大学外国留学生阅读情况的基础上,分析了留学生的阅读行为和利用图书馆的现状。根据留学生的阅读需求特点,提出了图书馆应从改进沟通渠道、丰富图书馆英文网站的内容、将阅读服务融入到教学科研中、编制推荐书目、运用新技术加强个性化服务几方面做好留学生的服务工作。

As a part of the trend of globalization of higher education, there is an unprecedented development in the edueation of international students in China. This paper analyzed the reading behavior of international students studying at Peking University and Fudan University in China and the way they use the li brary resources. It is suggested that libraries should improve services to international students improving eommunieation channels; enriching the contents of the library English website; integrating reading services into teaching and researeh; preparing recommended titles, and using new technologies to enhance personalized service.
