盐城盐龙湖工程建设的探索与实践

为生态净化饮用水水源、使工程出水水质主要指标稳定达到地表水Ⅲ类标准,改善区域防洪排涝条件,提供市区突发性污染事件应急备用水源,江苏盐城市委、市政府决定新建市区饮用水源生态净化工程——盐龙湖,开创了国内平地挖湖对饮用水水源进行生态净化的先例。结合实际,介绍了盐城市区供水概况,阐述了大胆设想、小心求证、铁腕治污、合力拆迁、成功中试、强势推进等盐龙湖工程建设的探索与实践举措,为保障百万市民饮用水安全、建设更高水平的小康社会提供借鉴。

In order to have clean water source and provide emergency water supply in case of pollution accident,Yanlong Lake Project of using ecological measures for drinking water purification is built for supply water to newly-built urban areas in Yancheng City.It is the first excavated lake in China with ecological purification of drinking water sources that not only stabilizes the water quality to class-III but also improves drainage condi tions during flood.A general introduction is made on water supply conditions and practical measures applied in the city,such as creative design,strict measures of pollution control and so on.It is a good example for safeguarding drinking water and improvement of wellbeing of urban residents.
