摘要
江苏省盐城市平地开挖盐龙湖,从根本上改变了市区原水的供应格局,攻克了饮用水安全的难题,开了沿海地区饮用水源生态净化的先河。盐龙湖工程大胆创新,使盐龙湖工程集工程学、植物学、生物学、动物学等多学科、多净水工艺于一体。结合盐龙湖工程启用一年来的运行实际,深入思考了加强地方立法管理、成立专业管理机构、重视水质跟踪监测、收割生态净化植物、减少沿湖开发影响、打造环湖生态风景等对策和措施,为进一步优化改进盐龙湖设计、建设、管理和保护工作提供借鉴,对新建饮用水水源生态净化工程具有一定的指导意义。
The excavation of Yanlong Lake has changed the pattern of water source supply in Yancheng City of Jiangsu Province.The obstacle of accessing to safe drinking water is overcome with a creation of purifying drinking water in an ecological friendly manner in coastal areas.The innovative approach of Yanlong Lake Project integrates water purification techniques of engineering,botany,biology and animal science.After one year’s implementation of Yanlong Lake Project,measures including legislation reinforcement,establishment of specialized management institutions,focusing on quality monitoring,reaping ecological purification plant,discouraging development along the shoreline and creating ecologicallyfriendly landscape are proposed for further optimizing the design and construction,and strengthening management and conservation of the lake.The project can be used as a reference for drinking water source purification of similar type.
