钱塘江防汛抢险资源最优化调度路径研究

Studies on optimized regulation of disaster-relief resources in Qiantang River flood defense

通过对钱塘江防汛抢险所需物资、设备、人员等资源调度需求的调查分析,确定调度路径研究的主要任务,进行数据库和调度模型的功能设计,同时在GIS中展示出调度路线、资源配置等内容,实现防汛抢险资源调度规划和对防汛抢险人员行进路线的现场导航,为防汛抢险赢得时间。

Based on analysis and investigation of demand of materials,equipment and labor force required in flood defense of the Qiantang River,the main tasks of regulation route study are defined,including functional design of data base and regulation model,as well as demonstration of regulation route and resources allocation with GIS,which provides a guidance for regulation planning and mapping for rescue workers and helps to win the time of disaster relief.
