摘要 直接以外消旋乳酸(LA)和阻燃剂密胺(MA)为原料,通过直接熔融共聚法合成了聚乳酸生物降解材料聚(乳酸-密胺)[P(LA-co-MA)],探讨了工艺条件对合成的影响。结果表明:当乳酸与密胺摩尔投料比为60/1、催化剂氯化亚锡用量0.4%、熔融共聚温度160℃、共聚时间6h时,所得共聚物的特性黏度最大,可达0.87dL/g;共聚物P(LA-co-MA)的结构经红外和核磁表征,证实为预期的结构。P(LA-co-MA)可有效提高聚乳酸及其木塑复合材料的阻燃性能。 Selecting D ,L -lactic acid (LA) and melamine (MA) as raw materials, a kind of biodegradable material of poly(lactic acid-co-melamine) [P(LA-co-MA)] was synthesized via melt polymerization. The results show that: when the molar feed ration(LA)/n(MA) is 60/1, the content of stannous chloride as the catalyst is 0.4%, the melt copolymerization temperature is 160℃ and the copolymerization time is 6 h, the copolymer has mazimum intrinsic viscosity, 0.87 dL/g. The structures of P(LA-co-MA) are confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The synthesis of P(LA-co-MA) is beneficial to flame resistance of polylactic acid (PLA) and its wood-plastic composites.
