摘要
研究了几种加工助剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)基木塑复合材料(WPC)力学性能和加工性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了复合材料拉伸断面的微观形貌。结果表明:RX-80(二甲苯甲醛树脂酯化后的大分子酯类混合物)和ACR(丙烯酸酯类共聚物)能显著提高复合材料的力学性能;添加腰果壳油树脂(CNSL)和WB-16(钙皂和饱和脂肪酸酰胺混合物)复合材料的加工流动性得到了明显改善;RX-80、ACR、CNSL、WB-16在复合材料中具有增容剂和加工助剂的双重作用。
The effects of several processing aids on the mechanical properties and processing properties of ABS wood-plastic composites were investigated. SEM was used to monitor the fracture surfaces of the samples after tensile tests. The results show that: RX-80 and ACR are able to enhance the mechanical properties of ABS/wood flour composites obviously; While CNSL and WB-16 can improve processing properties very well. RX-80, ACR, CNSL and WB-16 have the dual roles of the compatible agents and processing aids in the composites materials.
