废玻璃混凝土抗压性能的试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 以强度等级为C30的普通混凝土为研究对象,采用单掺法进行了试验设计,按照0、12.5%、25%、50%、75%、100%等体积代替普通砂,分别制作了50组共150个废玻璃混凝土标准抗压试件和轴心抗压试件,养护3、7、14、28、60 d后分别测试它们的标准抗压强度及轴心抗压强度。通过对试验数据和破坏形态的分析,研究了不同的废玻璃代砂率下对混凝土标准抗压强度和轴心抗压的影响。运用回归分析的方法建立了不同废玻璃代砂率下废玻璃混凝土标准抗压强度和轴心抗压强度的预测公式,标准抗压强度与轴心抗压强度的关系式以及标准抗压强度与龄期的关系式。 This thesis mainly with intensity level for C30 concrete as the research object,according to 0,12.5%,25%,50%,75%,100% instead the same volume of normal sand using uni doped waste glass.The configuration of 50 groups respectively 150 waste glass concrete specimens,maintenance 3,7,14,28,60 d,then respectively testing their standard compressive strength and axial compressive strength,through to the test data,it studied the effects of standard compressive strength and axial compressive strength on the different substitution rate of waste glass.Using regression analysis method establish standard compressive strength and axial compressive strength forecast formulas,established the correlation equation of standard compressive strength and axial compressive strength,established the correlation equation of standard compressive strength and age.
