摘要
为了掌握玄武岩纤维(BFRP)布对混凝土柱体的约束效果,通过玄武岩纤维布约束混凝土圆柱体、棱柱体的轴压试验,研究了其破坏形态、应力-应变曲线、峰值应力及峰值应变。试验结果表明:①相比未约束混凝土试件,玄武岩纤维布粘贴2~7层时,约束圆柱体和棱柱体试件的抗压强度分别提高了78.8%~255.1%和125.1%~365.2%,峰值应变分别提高了335.2%~839.4%和418.9%~958.5%;②混凝土试件的抗压强度与约束层数之间近似线性关系;纤维布约束层数相同时,圆柱体试件的抗压强度高于棱柱体;③基于试验数据拟合了玄武岩纤维约束混凝土圆柱体和棱柱体的强度模型,模型与试验数据吻合良好。
Based on the experiment of concrete circular and quadrate columns confined by basalt fiber reinforced polymer under axial compression,it analyzed failure configuration,stress-strain curve,bearing capacity and peak strain in order to investigate constraint effect of basalt FRP(BFRP) for concrete columns.Experimental results show that:①Compared with the specimens without confinement,the bearing capacity of circular and quadrate specimens confined by basalt fiber reinforced polymer from two to seven layers improved by 78.8%~255.1% and 125.1%~365.2% respectively,peak strain improves by 335.2%~839.4% and 418.9%~958.5% respectively;②The relationship between bearing capacity of concrete specimens and the layer of basalt fiber reinforced polymer was almost linear.When the number of layers of basalt fiber reinforced polymer were same,the bearing capacity of concrete circular specimens was higher than quadrate specimens';③Based on experimental data,strength models of concrete circular and quadrate columns were built which correspond with the experimental data.
