萘系高效减水剂生产中处理甲醛尾气废液的回收利用研究

摘要 萘系高效减水剂合成过程中释放出含甲醛的尾气,对环境造成污染。采用浓碱液喷淋处理工艺,并将回收的废液在合成工艺的缩合、中和阶段及制备泵送剂中使用,研究废液对所合成高效减水剂和配制泵送剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:中和阶段废液加入量为总用水量的20%以内,缩合阶段废液加入量为总用水量的10%以内,液体泵送剂中废液加入量为总用水量的10%以内,多所生产的产品质量无不良影响。 The tail gas exhausted during the synthetic process of naphthalene-based superplasticizer could pollute the environment.The tail gas was treated with lye spray.The recovered solution could be used in the condensation,neutralization of synthetic process and preparing pumping admixture.The effects of recovered solution on the performance of synthesized superplasticizer and pumping admixture were also researched.The results showed that the production without harmful effect when recovered solution was less than 20% of the total water consumption in neutralization,less than 10% of the total water consumption in condensation and less than 10% of the total water consumption in pumping admixture.
