摘要
研究了高频振捣对不同配合比机场道面引气混凝土气泡参数的影响,并采用抗冻试验对试验数据进行了验证。结果表明:适时的高频振捣有利于改善引气混凝土气泡结构,但过度的高频振捣对引气剂混凝土气泡结构会产生不利影响。只要高频振捣的时间控制在合理范围内,会提高混凝土抗冻性而不会对其性能产生不利影响。试验结果对工程施工人员正确认识高频振捣对引气混凝土性能的影响有一定的指导意义。
It was made of how high-frequency vibration affects the bubble parameters of airport pavement air-entrained concrete with different proportions,and then the test data were certified through antifreeze tests.The results showed that timely high-frequency vibration went a long way towards the improvement in the bubble structure of air-entrained concrete,but excessive high-frequency vibration would produce an adverse effect on the bubble structure of air-entrained concrete.As long as the time of high-frequency vibration was controlled within a reasonable limit,such vibration would improve the resistance of concrete to frost without adversely affecting its performance.The results of the tests could provide some guidance for those involved in construction as to the correct understanding of how high-frequency vibration affects the performance of air-entrained concrete.
