摘要
针对模糊图像高频分量的特性,提出了一种针对高斯模糊图像的无参质量评价方法。该方法利用小波变换对模糊图像提取高频分量,在高频分量功率谱上构造评价指标。实验结果表明提出的评价指标优于PSNR和SSIM,其客观评价分数与主观评价分数具有更好的一致性。
Aiming at the feature of blurred images high frequency components, this paper proposes a no-reference image quality assessment method for Gaussian blurred images based on power spectrum. This method uses wavelet transform to extract image high frequency components, and constructs the evaluation index on the basis of the high frequency component spectrum. Experi- mental results show that the proposed evaluation index is better than PSNR and SSIM, whose objective quality scores have better consistency with the subjective quality scores.
