摘要
本文采用数字粘度仪对不同温度和促进剂下添加氢氧化铝(ATH)的不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)的粘度和凝胶时间进行测试,然后对粘度和凝胶时间进行分析。分析结果表明,对于所选定的树脂,温度是影响树脂粘度的决定性因素;对凝胶时间的影响,温度的作用要大于促进剂的作用。
The viscosity of the unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) adding aluminum hydroxide (ATH) was tested and analyzed at different temperatures and various contents of accelerator by digital viscosity instrument. The result shows that the temperature is the dominant factor influencing viscosity of resin and the temperature plays more im- portant role than the accelerator on the gel time.
