人工流产和药物流产440例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 440 Cases of Induced Abortion and Medical Abortion

目的:观察对比人工流产与药物流产终止早期妊娠的临床疗效,探讨终止早期妊娠流产方式的选择。方法:回顾性研究2011-01～2012-12要求终止早期妊娠的患者440例,其中人工流产261例,药物流产179例。对比两组患者的完全流产率、阴道流血时间、腹痛持续时间及患者耐受程度。结果:人流组完全流产率高于药流组,阴道流血时间短于药流组,腹痛持续时间短于药流组,但患者耐受程度低于药流组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产与药物流产两种流产方式各有优缺点,应根据每个患者的具体情况向患者充分告知两种方法的利弊,提出合理化建议,由患者自行决定选择流产方式。

Objective： To observe and compare clinical effects of induced abortion and medical abortion to terminate an early pregnancy.To probe into the best way of ending abortion in early pregnancy.Methods： Retrospective study is conducted over 440 cases of terminating early pregnancy during January in 2011 to December in 2012,of which 261 cases are of inducive abortion while 179 cases medical abortion.Comparison is made between two groups in rates of complete abortion,length of bleeding time,duration of abdominal pain and patients＇ tolerance levels.Results： Compared with medical group,inductive groups demonstrate higher rates of complete abortion,shorter vaginal bleeding time and duration of abdominal pain,but lower level of tolerance.A significant difference（P 0.05） can be seen between.Conclusions： Induced abortion and medical abortion present advantages and disadvantages respectively.Patients should be informed of the pros and cons of the two methods,and proposals be made based on the specific circumstances,while choice should be left to the patients themselves.
