摘要
针对混合动力挖掘机具有电量储存单元的特点,提出了一种带节流辅助调速的液压马达-发电机电气式能量回收系统,并分析了动臂新型工作模式的辨别规则。考虑到能量回收效率和系统操作性能,根据旁路比例调速阀的分流原理和串联比例方向阀的限流原理,提出了一种节流调速和容积调速相结合的动臂下放速度控制策略,并基于所研制的试验平台展开了系统操作性能和能量回收效率的试验。研究结果表明:所提出的动臂新型工作模式的辨别准则可行;其动臂速度的阶跃响应、抗干扰性能等方面均优于单独的容积调速系统;提出的系统的能量回收效率可以维持在39%左右。
With an electric accumulator in hybrid power system,a hydraulic motor-generator electric energy recovery system with throttle assisted speed control was proposed.The new working mode of the boom was presented.Considering operation performance and recovery efficiency,a compound control that consisted of throttle control and volume control was presented based on the shunt of proportional speed control valve and the current limit of proportional directional valve.Finally,a test rig was constructed.The results show that the new working mode of the boom can be effectively characterized by the status of the joystick and the boom cylinder,and the proposed energy recovery system has better control performance than volumetric speed control system.An estimated 39% of the total potential energy can be recovered at the lowering of the boom.
