摘要
2009年美国推动TPP合作以来,亚太区域合作进入一个新的框架重构阶段,决定亚太区域合作未来的主要是目前正在推动的亚太框架(TPP)和东亚框架(RCEP)的发展。本文总结了国内部分专家在近期举行的一次专题会议上阐述的观点,认为下一步亚太地区最有可能形成强TPP和弱RCEP并行的新型双框架模式。
Since US joined and promoted TTP--a trans-Pacific cooperation framework in 2009, Asia-Pacif- ic cooperation had stepped in a new stage, during which the evolvement of TPP and RCEP will shape the regional cooperation framework. According to the arguments of some scholars who presented a recent seminar in Beijing, an asymmetric dual-framework with a strong TPP and a weak RCEP are emerging in Asia-Pacific region.
