APEC Bogor Goal:Vision,Action,Assessment and Prospect

APEC于1994年确定了茂物目标,1995年将目标具体化,包括贸易投资自由化和便利化15个领域。在推进茂物目标进程中,APEC进行了同行评议和中期评估。2010年13个成员参加了茂物目标评估。APEC推进茂物目标取得了很大进展,但也存在不足,今后的进程值得关注。

Bogor Goals were committed by APEC in 1994, and were specified in 1995, including trade and investment liberalization and facilitation in a range of 15 fields. In the process of achieving Bogor Goals, APEC conducted peer reviews and mid-term stocktaking. 13 members participated in the assessment of Bogor Goals in 2010. APEC has made substantial progress so far, yet with many unsettled, which require further attentions.
