本文从要素禀赋、地理文化、管理体制等方面深入探究促成区域自然人移动规则"GATS+"特征形成的因素,在此基础上对我国所获相关承诺进行了分析并提出政策建议。

This paper investigated the factors can promote the formation of the ＂GATS ＋＂ commitment from the perspective of factor endowments, geography and culture, management system , and analyzed the com- mitment obtained by China and put forward policy suggestions.
