摘要
猪附红细胞体又称为猪血营养支原体,可以引起猪的贫血、黄疸性疾病,危害较大。作者主要对猪附红细胞体的分子生物学方面的研究进行了综述,包括依据16SrRNA序列对猪附红细胞体进行重新分类,对猪附红细胞体的Illinois和KI3806 2个菌株进行全基因测序,MSG1和α-烯醇化酶2种蛋白基因进行研究,以及应用PCR方法对病原的诊断。
Mycoplasma suis (M. suis) is also called haemotrophic bacteria, causing anemia and jaundice disease, and is harmful/or farming industry. The molecular biology of M. suis was summarized. It concluded the classify of M. suis based on the 16S rRNA sequencing, the complete genome sequence of strain Illinois and KI3806, the study of adhesion protein MSG1 and α-enolase,and diagnosed with PCR of M. suis.
