摘要 了解细菌对抗菌药的耐药机制和耐药基因元件传播机制的研究进展,有助于指导抗菌药的正确使用,减少抗菌药物的耐药出现,为新型抗菌药的开发及利用奠定基础。 Knowing the research advance in the resistance mechanism of bacteria and the dissemination of antimicrobial resistance gene elements will help to guide the use of antimicrobials, and reduce the prevalence of antimicrobial resistance as well as provide a firm support on the development and use of new antimicrobials.
