摘要
为实现油品罐车运输过程中罐体安全的高精度实时监测,提出了一种基于MSP430的罐体安全监测系统的设计方案;系统在拓扑结构上分为罐体子系统和驾驶室子系统;罐体子系统基于数字传感器PY206-485对罐体压力、温度等参数进行实时测量,通过无线数据传输方式将参数高速传递给驾驶室子系统进而显示给用户,并在参数超过设定阈值时进行声光报警;试用结果表明,系统稳定可靠,能及时准确地发现罐体异常、有效降低罐车运输过程中的安全隐患,实用价值较高、应用前景较好。
In order to achieve oil tanker safety and high--precision real--time monitoring, a new type of tank safety monitoring system is designed based on embedded scenarios. The system topology consists of tank subsystems and cab subsystem. Tank subsystems based on dig- ital tank pressure sensors, real time measurement parameters such as temperature, to express the parameters passed to the cab based on wireless data transmission network subsystem which is displayed to the user, and in sound and light alarm when the parameter exceeds a set threshold. Test results indicated that the system take full account of the tanker risk factors that may occur during transport. The system can precise real time monitoring of the parameters and to effectively reduce the tank on security risks during transport, has a strong practical.
