基于无线射频通讯的高压电网接点温度在线监测系统的设计

摘要 文章针对目前多行业电力温度监控中出现的不安全、不可靠及无法预知等三大瓶颈问题进行研究,提出采用无线温度采集、GSM手机短信报警、GPRS通讯等技术,并借助测温模块DS18B20和ASK超外差无线接收模块的高灵敏温度传送/接收功能,设计可扩展的高压电网接点温度在线监控系统,从而实现电力、冶金、石化、矿山、建筑等行业的电力温度监控;目前通过对赣州市沙河某电站30kV的高压电网开关柜进行系统的测试,试运行结果显示,本温度监测系统运行稳定,安全可靠,测温精度高达±0.5℃,有效测温范围为-30~500℃,测温模块和接收模块间通信准确率可达100%,系统对故障的反应及时准确,系统的预警、故障报警、启动应急服务程序等功能简单可靠,易于实现多检测点、远距离检测与传输,为高压电网节点温度监测提供了理想的解决方案。 According to the multi industry electric power temperature monitoring of unsafety, unreliable and unpredictable, this text u- ses wireless temperature collection. GSM mobile phone short message alarm. GPRS communication technology, the sensitive temperature transmission/receiving function of the temperature measurement module DS18B20 and ASK superheterodyne wireless receiving module to de- sign scalable Grid contact temperature online monitoring system, so as to realize the power, metallurgical, petrochemical, mining, con- struction and other industries of electric power temperature monitoring. At present , through the system testing on Shahe town of Ganzhou city of a 30 kilovolt high--voltage power network switch cabinet, commissioning results show that the temperature monitoring system opera- tion is stable, safe and reliable, temperature measurement precision up to around 0.5 degree, and effective temperature range from --30 de- gree to 500 degree, temperature measurement module and receiving module communication accuracy can reach 100 percent, the system of the fault timely and accurate response, the system warning, fault alarm, start emergency service program and function is simple and reliable, and easy to realize many testing point and remote detection . Transmission provides the ideal solution for high voltage power grid node tempera- ture monitoring.
