摘要
设计了一种能够实现井下采区自动装车功能的系统;该系统利用PLC、变频器和超声波煤位传感器和模糊PID控制器等,根据车皮实时装载煤位实现了控制装载煤位平衡的目的,并通过组态王6.5软件技术建立了上位机与PLC系统通讯,对现场设备进行实时监测、生产过程远程控制、数据管理,实现了采区装车站无人操作、无人值守,系统具有可靠性强、实用性强等特点,应用前景非常广阔。
Design of a underground mining area can realize automatic loading system. The system uses PLC, converter, Fuzzy--PID controller and ultrasonic coal site sensor, according to the locomotive loading coal level control loading coal level balancing purposes, and by kingview 6.5 software technology of PC and PLC communication system, on--site equipment to conduct real--time monitoring, remote con- trol of production process, data management, implementation of the mining loading station unmannedoperation, unattended, the system has the advantages of high reliability, strong practicability, wide application prospects.
