摘要
针对传统并联电梯实验存在的问题,为实现提高实验教学质量、改善实验条件的目的,基于LabVIEW完成并联电梯虚拟实验系统的设计;采用LabVIEW实现了2台9层9站电梯并联控制,程序设计采用功能模块分割、使用方式分层的方法,解决了并联电梯控制中的电梯随机召唤与运行顺序控制的问题,使每台电梯具有集选、消防联动、检修等功能,同时两台电梯可完成并联调度。虚拟实验系统能够分步地或系统地演示电梯集选控制、消防、检修、两梯并联调度以及性能比较等实验。实验测试证明了两梯并联运行相比于各自独立运行在能耗与运行效率性能上有显著提高。
In view of the limitations and problems in the traditional parallel-elevator experiment, and in order to improve the experi- mental teaching quality and experiment condition, a parallel-elevator virtual experiment system using LabVIEW is developed. 2 sets of ele- vators with 9 floors and 9 destinations were controlled in parallel by applying LabVIEW programing. A method was adopted when the control software was developed in order to fix the problem of the elevator instructions and calls occurrence in random and its running in sequence con- trol during operation, which applies block segmentation in function modules and layer design in elevator usage mode. As a result, both 2 ele- vators have the functions of collective selection, fire linkage and maintenance control. Meanwhile, they can be controlled in parallel schedu- ling. As an experimental system, the virtual system can demonstrate the following operations systematacially or step by step, such as collec- tive selection, fire linkage and maintenance operation and parallel scheduling. Moreover, the system can provide a performance for efficiency comparison to different operation. Compared to independent mode, 2 sets of elevators controlled in parallel can improve the energy consump- tion and efficiency performance significantly.
