摘要
临近空间飞行器以其特殊的空间位置环境和独特的技术优势,具备很高的军事价值和应用前景;在对临近空间任务系统的环境和功能分析的基础上,从临近空间的环境特征、平台系统、任务载荷系统、地面指挥控制及支援保障系统等方面出发,建立了比较完善的效能评估指标体系,并采用层次分析法和模糊数学理论实现了对指标体系中定性指标和定量指标的量化和评估,完成了对临近空间任务系统整体效能的综合评估,为临近空间任务系统的发展和评估提供了参考。
Near space vehicles with its special location environment and unique technical advantages, have high military value and appli- cation prospect. On the basis of analysis of near space mission system's environment and function, established a better effectiveness evalua- tion index system, uses the AHP methods and fuzzy mathematics theory to estimate the quantitative and qualitative index, completes of the task of overall efficiency evaluation of near space system, provides a reference for the development and evaluation of near space mission sys- tem.
