结肠上皮病变survivin和COX-2表达的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨凋亡抑制基因蛋白survivin和环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)在结肠腺瘤及结肠癌中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化技术EnVision法检测survivin、COX-2在46例正常结肠黏膜、58例结肠腺瘤、34例结肠癌中的表达情况,分析survivin和COX-2的表达与结肠癌临床病理因素的关系及两者的相关性。结果 survivin和COX-2均在正常结肠黏膜组织中无表达,在结肠腺瘤、结肠癌中表达率逐渐升高。Survivin与COX-2在结肠癌组织中的表达有显著正相关性。结论 Survivin与COX-2蛋白在结肠癌的高表达提示两者可能在结肠癌的发生、发展中起重要作用;Survivin蛋白与COX-2蛋白密切相关,提示两者可能存在共同的激活机制。 Objective To investigate the expression correlation of survivin and cyclooxygenase2(COX-2) in normal colon tissue,colonic adenomas and colon cancer.Methods In order to establish the role of survivin and COX-2 in colon cancer development,we studied the expression of survivin and COX-2 in 46 cases of normal colon mucosa,58 cases of colonic adenomas and 34 cases of colon cancer by using immunohistochemical techniques using EnVision system.Results No expression of survivin and COX-2 was found in normal colonic mucosa.However,colonic adenomas and colon tumors exhibited a high degree of survivin and COX-2 expression,.especially in colon cancer tissue.Conclusions The high expression of survivin and COX-2 is integrally associated with the process of colon carcinogenesis.There may be a common activation mechanism between survivin and COX-2 expressions.
