手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of surgical treatment in cervical spondylotic myelopathy

目的回顾性分析近几年诊治的53例脊髓型颈椎病患者相关资料,评价不同手术入路的临床应用及疗效,探讨脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗的临床疗效及影响因素。方法回顾性分析53例经手术治疗的脊髓型颈椎病患者的临床资料,其中23例行前路分节段减压植骨融合术,21例行后路双开门椎管扩大成形术,9例行前后路联合手术。结果 53例患者术后神经功能改善、疼痛缓解、植骨融合率高、并发症少,疗效满意。结论根据脊髓压迫来源、范围、程度选择手术入路及手术方法,有利于疾病恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and influence factors of surgical treatment cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods The 53 cases of patient with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were retrospective analysed.To used segmental decompressing and transplanting fusion by anterior approach were 23 patients,spinal canal enlarging plasty by posterior approach were 21 patients,anterior association with posterior approach surgery were 9 patients.Results Nerve function was improved,pain was eased,fusion rate of embedded bone was high and complication rare of 53 postoperative patients.Conclusion It is great for disease that to select surgical approaches and methods by origin,range and degree of oppressed spinal cord.
